## What is Focus?

Take back your time from distracting apps and websites.

Focus helps you protect time for work, study, rest and the people around you. Choose the apps, websites or categories that distract you, decide when they should be unavailable, and let your schedule repeat automatically.

BUILD A ROUTINE THAT LASTS
• Block apps, website categories and individual websites
• Choose the days and hours that fit your week
• Keep scheduled settings locked while a block is active
• Add another website during a block without weakening the rest of your plan
• See a calm reminder when you try to open blocked content

START FREE
