This is very effective and I love the app so far! It makes me realize my phone use. My screen time has gone down by 30% this week. What moves me to use it more is the stats, I want to reach a certain amount of hours a day for my projects. Keep the stats coming I wish there was a feature to automatically set the goal for each day, instead of putting it in every day I love the screen that shows the time blocking view of the day by hour. I wish there was an option for “Super Focus” but to leave music on.
