A cozy, hand-drawn focus timer for December. Work in warm stretches, break for cocoa, and decorate a poster that nobody else has.

Every year I deliver to the whole world in a single night. One deadline. Zero extensions. Not one missed rooftop since 1823.

People ask how. Here is the Workshop way:

2. Work for a warm stretch of minutes. The bauble keeps the time.
3. Take a cocoa break. You've earned it.
4. Repeat. Rest longer when your body asks — I don't schedule your long breaks for you. Nobody should.
