## What is Focus Training?

Do a set. Take a break. Not: do a set, then scroll for half an hour.

Focus Training is a rest-between-sets timer for gym workouts, lifting, strength training, and anaerobic exercise. Set your rest limit and start training. When a break runs long, sarcastic roasts and danmaku-style messages push you back to the next set.
