MacOS app is very buggy currently. ### 4/5 — Bock notification of other apps *2026-05-30* When I am focus on work I prefer not to see notification or messages as they distract me and break my concentration additionally, notification from other app breaks the white noise by creating pop-up sound which disturb workflow. It would be Great to have focus without interruption That blocks, all the notifications service messages or any random pop-up sound, allow people to work deeply without any interruption. There needs to be a better notification system separate from the “focus music”. I often listen to podcasts on when using focus traveler and I have to turn off the focus music but when my rest time is up the fire sound starts and the only way to turn it off is to completely turn off focus music which then fails to notify me once my break is up. The two need to be separate. I want to be notified when my break is up but not have to have the fire sound going at the same time. I would like to be able to disable focus music and still receive notifications. ### 5/5 — So cute omg *2026-05-11, version 3.10.0* I’m an a level student first year and I wanted a normal functioning study app which also has some cute little perks on the side for me and when I tell you this app! I used study bunny in GCSEs but I wanted something new. Idk if it’s maybe the calming music but this app I love. I bought premium for £0.99 because I thought yk only a pound but it’s actually pretty cool. Like, the characters, the drawings, the graphics are adorable. I feel like this is a perfect app it just makes me so happy it’s so adorable. It’s actually really easy to use aswell, it looks complicated but I figured it out. I’m just so like amazed with the graphics, the drawings and everything about this app I’m so happy with it! Only thing I would say is that you can’t access a lot if you don’t have premium but I mean it’s not a bad price so I’m not going to complain loads. ### 3/5 — Great app - Group Study Issue *2026-05-09, version 3.10.0* I would give this app 5 stars since it’s so amazing and really pretty, however.. the study group option doesn’t work. When I try to study with my friend she can join and whenever I change season or when I stop the session it works - HOWEVER- we can’t see eachother! We can’t see eachother walking, at the campfire or anything! On the image at the AppStore it shows that you can see eachother but we can’t!! Please resolve this issue! I bought pro to support this app, however, because it is really nice very creative and the developer is clearly talented! Excellent work and very beautiful app in general! One thing I would recommend (if possible) is to allow new friends to be added as well as a chat box. I also purchased the Pro version mainly for the customisation features, which have been great. My biggest suggestion: it would be amazing to have a feature that blocks selected apps and only unlocks them after completing a certain amount of focused study time. Right now, I still find myself getting distracted by other apps, and this would make a huge difference. Aside from that, I love the Spotify integration—it really boosts my motivation while studying. It’s so frustrating that when you set a journey, you can’t change the length after it’s been started. It’s normal that you realise that you wanna spend more time on something or you finished it early and you don’t need as much time. Would make it so much better as currently, if you finish something early, you simply either need to let the journey run in the background or deal with it being incomplete which isn’t satisfying. Looking forward to seeing more creative options in the future! One suggestion that would greatly improve the experience of giving users the option to prevent the screen from dimming during a session. It would be much more user-friendly to glance at the remaining time without needing to tap the screen. Also noticed some minor syncing inconsistencies across multiple devices - would love to see more reliable account/data synchronization. It’s very frustrating. ### 1/5 — Notification Glitch *2025-04-24* The app is perfect, but some fixes and suggestions can be considered. First, when I have locked the screen during pomodoro timer because I do not want to drain the battery much, the app does not pop up a notification for the rest timer. It is only when I randomly picked up the phone to check if the rest timer has started it showed me that the rest timer will start when I click it, otherwise no notification popped up for it. Second, I would love it if we could organise our to do’s in a more comprehensive manner. I do like the journey notebooks, but it makes it more complicated to add new tasks or subtasks.
