## What is Focus?

You may be having these problems.
“I have to study, but I don't have the motivation to do so."
"I have a deadline, but I can't focus on my work."
 
But don't worry.
There is an excellent technique designed for such people.
It is the Pomodoro Technique.
You can improve your concentration by using a timer to manage your study and work time.

How to do it:
1) Set a time limit when you start working or studying.
2) Take a break when the time is over.
3) Do it repeatedly.

It's so simple that you may say, “Does that really work?" 
But, if you try it, you will see it is surprisingly effective.
However, when you try it, you will find it surprisingly effective.


Features:
1) Set the timers you use often.
For work: 10 minutes, 25 minutes, 60 minutes, etc.
For breaks: 1 minute, 5 minutes, 30 minutes, etc.
You are free to set your own timers.

2) Categorize tasks and record/manage time
By subject (English, Math, History, Physics, etc.)
By work content (Handling emails, Meetings, Writing documents, etc.)

3) Graphical review
You can look back on your time by concentration.

4) Learn tips
How to:
• Prevent smartphone addiction.
