Selbst bei Dragon Ball Z ist nichts stressiges dabei, ich kann mich voll auf meine Arbeit fokussieren, behalte aber die gute Laune! This one combines it with music which is a great idea! There’s some psychological aspect to it I can’t explain, but when the music pauses during breaks, it makes me actually notice it better and it’s clear that I have to focus when the music is running. My only two little critiques is that I wish it worked with Spotify instead of just Apple Music (or that I could use my own playlist at least) and I wish it had more backgrounds to choose from. I'm a little confused as to why it needs a subscription for the app AND Apple Music, wish is why I wish I could just use my own playlists. It would also be nice if I could change themes in the middle of a session/during a break instead of just having to close the app and restart.
