I have been using this app for over a year. My huge complaint is why so they keep changing the format. I had all my favorite sounds together and one day the app is changed and I can’t find anything. I love this app. I use the sounds as I need them. First for sleep but then to help my ADD through the day. There are different sets that I can actually feel my brain responding to. I always feel well rested. So much better than taking Even melatonin to go to sleep. All of them say premium in order to get all the content that you might want you would end up paying a fortune. After you pay it only allows you certain things if you want to view the better items you have to pay for “premium” which is you guessed it another $7.99 a month. So disappointing. So I clicked it to get started and instead of being a 7 day free trail, I was charged immediately for an annual subscription instead. Shady if you ask me.
