## What is FocusBurrow?

FocusBurrow is a little shelter for your attention.

Choose 5, 15, 25, or 50 minutes, add an intention if you like, and enter a quiet, lantern-lit burrow. Set your device down and let the timer keep time. Hide the clock when you would rather simply settle in.

When you return, you can leave a short reflection, choose how you feel, or skip both. Your past sessions are quietly kept in a private journal, without streaks, scores, or totals. A shorter stay is welcome, too.

• Optional intentions and reflections
• A timer that keeps time through backgrounding and relaunch
• An optional Lock Screen Live Activity and completion notification
• Gentle haptics you can turn off
• Local storage, with no account, advertising, analytics, or subscriptions

FocusBurrow does not block other apps. Use your device’s Focus settings if you would like fewer interruptions.
