## What is FocusCage?

FocusCage is a focused pomodoro timer that helps you create time away from distracting apps and websites.

Choose the apps, categories, and web domains you want to block with Screen Time permission, set how long you want to focus, and FocusCage automatically builds a session plan with focus and break intervals. During focus time, selected distractions are shielded. During breaks, access returns so you can reset before the next set.

Features:

Build focus plans from your target focus time
Use 25-minute focus and 5-minute break rhythms
Block selected apps, categories, and websites during focus sessions
Get alerts when focus or break time ends
Track the current session from widgets and Live Activities
FocusCage uses Apple’s Screen Time APIs. App and website blocking requires Screen Time authorization.
