## What is FocusField?

Find your focus zone with biometric feedback. FocusField pairs Pomodoro timers with HRV data to show when you're truly focused — and when to take a break.

By pairing Apple Watch heart rate variability with real-time noise, light and pressure readings, it builds a personal map of where and when you do your deepest work. No manual logging. No journaling. Just evidence.

• FOCUS SCORE — A personal 0–100 score for every work session, weighted by HRV stability, session length, focus onset speed and environmental conditions. Normalised to YOUR baseline, not a universal benchmark.

• FOCUS WEATHER — Location cards show your average score, conditions and best time-of-day window for each venue you visit. Home Office: 84 Excellent. Coffee shop: 61, try afternoons.

• PASSIVE SENSING — Start a session and forget about it. FocusField reads HRV from your Watch, ambient noise (dB only, no audio stored), barometric pressure and GPS — all silently in the background.

• LOCATION INTELLIGENCE — GPS coordinates are clustered into named venues. Each accumulates a focus profile: noise range, best hours, session count, average score.

• SESSION REPLAY — After each session, see how your HRV evolved, which noise events correlated with focus drops, and what conditions produced your peaks.

• APPLE WATCH — Companion app with session controls and live focus score. Watch complication shows your current state at a glance.
