## What is FocusForge?

FocusForge is a simple Pomodoro timer for deep work and study sessions. One tap starts 25 minutes of focus, then a 5-minute break begins on its own.

HOW IT WORKS
• Press start and watch the ring count down your focus session
• When time is up, a 5-minute break starts automatically
• Pause, resume, skip or reset whenever you need to
• Session dots show how many rounds you've finished

START WITH A RITUAL
Pick a pre-focus ritual such as Box Breathing and see it on your timer before you start. Post-focus rituals such as Quick Stretch live in the Rituals tab.

TRACK YOUR TOTALS
See your total focus minutes and how many sessions you've completed.

PREMIUM
• 15, 45 and 60-minute focus sessions
• Four more rituals: Body Scan, Intention Setting, Gratitude Journal and Walk Break
• Average minutes per session
Choose monthly, yearly or lifetime. Prices and terms are shown in the app before you buy.
