Working through tech support but can’t utilize the benefits of the app doesn’t work. Hope it gets fixed soon. ### 1/5 — Terrible *2025-01-23* Can't login. Just a blank screen and no one directly with Focusfwd to help troubleshoot this issue. ### 2/5 — Convoluted login *2024-12-20* Edit: discovered that you have to download and login to your Blue Shield account through the BCBS Health Toolkit App and then click on a bunch of different options to be redirected to link your insurance account to the FocusFWD app. It’s convoluted. If it can’t be simplified (for whatever reason), it would be nice at the very least for the instructions to be clearly provided on this app. Original review: No login button. App opens and there’s nothing but a white screen with the BlueChoice and FocusFwd logos, and a “Need Help?” link that just tells me to call the customer service number on the back of my insurance card. No other buttons/anything that’s clickable on the app to login. Completely unusable. ### 1/5 — Ridiculously complicated and nonfunctional *2024-10-28* After two tries six months ago, I gave up. Now they told me it was improved so to try again. I did so, and upon loading the new app, there is only a title screen with a section that says “need help?” And directs me to call a phone number. In the video instructions online the title screen is supposed to have a “link account” button, and it does not exist when I open the “new” app. Back on the shelf it goes. ### 1/5 — From bad to worse *2024-10-18* When I heard the app was updated, I was hopeful it would be usable this time. When I redownloaded it a few minutes ago, it is worse than it was before and just has a blank white screen with the company logos on it. It would be great to use this program if they can ever get the app and fitness tracker interface to work. ### 1/5 — Doesn’t work *2024-10-18* App opens and just stays on the home screen. It’s not that much to it. ### 1/5 — Went from bad to unusable *2024-07-11* I downloaded the app several months ago, and although it was a pain because I had to log out to login with a lengthy process that took me through multiple screens. I was excited to follow the prompts to re-download the app for anyone who downloaded before June 2024 for “improved usability”.
