### 2/5 — Love the idea. Execution needs work.

*2026-02-14, version 2.0.1*

I love the idea of the app and its features. Unfortunately it is super buggy and more of a pain to use than not use.

### 2/5 — Fee Rates

*2025-06-11, version 2.0.1*

For an app to be as pronounced as claimed, I would’ve hoped I’d get to at least try it and find out if it works for me. I got through the “demo,” demonstrating how the app is used, and then it wants me to pay. Kind of a let down, just saying. I’m sorry not everyone can afford it, otherwise I think it would’ve been an efficient tool, but don’t take my word since I didn’t actually get to experience the app 🤷🏼‍♀️

### 4/5 — Learning

*2025-03-15, version 2.0.0*

I love how I can learn about different topics, generate to do lists, and track my progress, all on one app.

### 4/5 — PLEASE MAKE A TO-DO list widget!!

*2025-03-14, version 2.0.0*

I just got the app so I’m not that familiar but it’s nice so far. Take a look at the Duolingo streak widget that one is helpful for seeing if I have checked in and the Apple reminders app has a great widget for the list

### 2/5 — Hopeful, but buggy & limited

*2024-09-11, version 1.0.41*

The app was stuck for me the first several times I tried to access. After canceling my subscription (too late 😒 thanks ADHD) reaching out to support and finally hearing back, I re-installed. Now I’m just not finding much use or getting much out of the app. But I’ll remain hopeful! 🤷

### 4/5 — notifications

*2024-09-08, version 1.0.41*

i love the app a lot its really helped me but the one down side is that there aren't notifications for the to do list bc i forget to check the app so its not worth paying for it when i forget to use it - i do love how the app works and everything else about it i just need to get a bunch of reminders for my to do list so that it actually gets finished

### 4/5 — Helpful app for adhd

*2024-04-25, version 1.0.41*

I’ve really enjoyed using the to do list especially because if a task is not completed it automatically rolls over to the next day so I do not forget tasks as often. I love that in the moment I can add to my list whereas with paper lists I would think of something in the go then forget by the time I was around my paper list. The learning modules can be nice as well. I do wish the app worked more consistently. At least a few times a month it will open but I cannot get it to respond.

Update: I love how responsive and thoughtful the customer service is in regards to the one issue I’ve had. They instructed me via email to reinstall the app which so far has solved the issue

**Developer response:** We're thrilled to hear that you're finding our to-do list helpful, especially with its automatic rollover feature! It's great to know that adding tasks on the go is making things easier for you compared to paper lists. We're also glad you're enjoying the learning modules.

We're sorry to hear about the issues you've been experiencing with the app's consistency. We understand how frustrating it can be when it doesn't respond as expected. Rest assured, our team is working hard to address these issues and improve the app's performance. Thank you for bringing this to our attention, and please feel free to reach out if you encounter any further difficulties.

### 3/5 — Coming back and trying again

*2024-02-27, version 1.0.41*

Came back to try again, and still experiencing app ending bugs.

My main beef now revolves around the Pomo/focus timer.

Resets if you are in another app for too long, then you age to reset the entire thing.

Doesn’t notify or keep the timer active unless you stay in the app.

Completely defeating the purpose of it being a phone app.

Tried to use this for work and constantly had to reset the timer ..

Why hasn’t this been fixed after almost 6 months past release ?

### 4/5 — Pretty Great!

*2024-02-27, version 1.0.41*

So far I do like the app, it’s clearly created by someone who understands ADD/ADHD! My only complaint would be the fonts are so tiny it’s hard to read sometimes. Wish I could log in from a computer instead of my Apple phone, for a bigger screen. I hope they fix this, it’s a game changer.

### 3/5 — Some feedback

*2024-02-26, version 1.0.41*

As someone with ADHD who is also a therapist specializing in ADHD I’m so grateful for people like Dr. Hamdani for creating tools to make mental things physical. This app has some cool stuff like daily mood and symptom tracking and the psycho-educational lessons are awesome. I also love the task timer function. I’ve had some challenges though:

the task timer doesn’t make a sound when it’s time to take a break. The push notifications weren’t working.

Tasks can’t be set to repeat

Reword questions so they aren’t yes or no. For example “how are you different from your siblings?” instead of “are you different from your siblings?”

The “mark as read” thing is very small - make it a button.

When I used the timer:

When I switched over to another app like messages, the study buddy image disappeared. Also once the app closed and my timer reset. Study buddy also froze regularly. Timer is inaccurate if you switch over to another app.

Thanks for considering my feedback!

### 4/5 — Something to come back to

*2024-02-17, version 1.0.41*

It’s only been a few days. But I find metals actually coming back to this app. It’s different. The whole idea of tokens and gamifying learning, the water tracking, the prompted journal entries that get you out of your head. It’s enjoyable to use.

### 4/5 — Helpful

*2024-01-07, version 1.0.41*

I like this app but there are some items that would be helpful like duplicating tasks from day to day instead of having to type them in manually or by microphone over and over.

### 3/5 — To-do list disappeared

*2023-12-29*

Like many others, I really loved this app at first and it was an easy way to track my to-do items. Now everything I’ve put on the list for the past week has disappeared. I don’t have it written down anywhere else and was using it to track progress in a course I’m taking. This sets me back a ton and I don’t think I can continue paying for an app that can delete all of my to-do items at random.

## Most critical reviews (10 lowest-rated)

### 1/5 — Talk about ADHD tax

*2026-05-29, version 2.0.1*

This app is set up to auto renew and is very difficult to cancel. I’ve been trying to get it fully cancelled for over a year now and am still getting charged not just for myself, but for both of my kids. Considering that it’s for people with ADHD, it feels unethical to have this process be so difficult. Buyer beware!!!

### 1/5 — Not good for iOS 12

*2026-05-05, version 2.0.1*

I went on the app and after like 10 seconds of being on the app it crashed!

### 1/5 — I wanted to love it

*2026-03-25, version 2.0.1*

I wanted to love this app, but it’s just too buggy and frustrating

### 1/5 — Unusable

*2025-06-06, version 2.0.1*

Full of bugs. Won’t even allow me to create a task.

### 1/5 — Crashes constantly

*2024-03-21, version 1.0.41*

I enjoyed using the app at first but for the past month or more it freezes and I am unable to do anything. Very disappointed in what I thought would be an incredibly helpful app.

### 1/5 — What the heck

*2024-03-12, version 1.0.41*

I downloaded the app and started the free trial. I was super excited because I’ve been in a bit of a slump at work and I thought it’d really help my productivity but the app isn’t working at all. I can’t click on anything or even scroll. What the heck. This was supposed to be my saving grace 😩

### 1/5 — Thieves with no interest in improving ADHD

*2024-02-26, version 1.0.41*

I sent a the developers tons of messages with no response. This app is such a waste of time and no one cares what you think or how it’s used. Absolute hypocrisy from the alleged mental health providers promoting this app.

### 1/5 — Incorrect pricing

*2024-01-14, version 1.0.41*

Their app claims that their subscription prices are $5.99 monthly or $47.99 annually. However, when you actually hit the subscribe button, you discover on the Apple-provided overlay that the real prices are $7.49 for the monthly and $59.99 annually. This is false advertising.

### 1/5 — To-do list disappeared

*2024-01-04, version 1.0.41*

Updated to add: I was in an email exchange with customer support and they had not responded in several days after I asked for a refund as the app is not working properly for me. The email bounced back saying the address was not found?! I guess I’ll have to dispute the charge with my credit card company because their support email is mysteriously now offline. Yikes!

### 1/5 — Can’t even use it :(

*2023-12-15, version 1.0.40*

I’m very frustrated I can’t seem to figure out how to cancel my subscription- I’ve been paying for this app for months- since it came out

## Most praised reviews (10 highest-rated)

### 5/5 — cool & all, but THE TIMER feature 😮

*2025-04-09, version 2.0.1*

So many neat features, but the timer is amazing! You can set the # of intervals, # of minutes you want to work, then the # of minutes you want ur breaks. With all its popularity, I’ve never found the perfect pomodoro timer but this is it.

### 5/5 — Love it!

*2025-03-14, version 2.0.0*

This ADHD app has everything I could ask for! I love the study/work timers, daily check-ins on habits and/or symptoms and the ability to track them over time, and the brain teasers that link to peer reviewed articles if you want to dive in even further!
This app is well thought out and worth the purchase!

### 5/5 — LOVE

*2024-12-19, version 1.0.41*

this is one of my fave apps for organization and productivity and prob my fave for ADHD! I like the categories they have and the brain teasers & info! Also the way it’s structured is nice, not too overwhelming on any given day. I like that you can go ahead but that there’s just one question and / or of each prompt like the water stuff or the brain teasers n yeah idk not explaining well too low spoons but love this app & love Dr. Sasha!

### 5/5 — Very helpful

*2024-08-01, version 1.0.41*

Incredibly helpful for managing overwhelming to do lists. A widget would be useful too.

### 5/5 — Love this app

*2024-02-02, version 1.0.41*

Love that I don’t feel overwhelmed using this app! 😃 Some other apps for ADHD seems overly saturated with options and tasks. This one is simple, stress-free, and helpful with tracking my day-to-day symptoms and moods. The journal questions are fun and though-provoking. Simple timer to set tasks to. If there are tasks that I don’t complete one day, I can move them to the following day. The body-doubling feature is helpful when doing shorter tasks or during Pomodoro timed tasks. Thank you Dr. Hamdani for creating this app! 🤍

### 5/5 — Love it!

*2024-01-23, version 1.0.41*

I really love this app. I love all the features. It has really helped me to stay more focused!

### 5/5 — Whooo!

*2023-12-16, version 1.0.40*

Really helpful, Dr. Hamdani! Might add a period tracker so we can connect more data dots. So far, this is simple and fun and really helpful. Thank you.

### 5/5 — Multifaceted support for adhd management at any age

*2023-12-08, version 1.0.40*

I’d highly recommend this app to someone looking for new ways to manage their adhd symptoms and help their days run smoothly.

### 5/5 — A Game-Changer for ADHD - 5 Stars!
