• Core Data & Widget Synchronization: Fixed a critical database schema mismatch between the main app and the Widget extension. Both targets now share a
  fully unified SwiftData model container, resolving issues where widget data failed to load or caused app crashes.

• Subtask Persistence & UI Responsiveness: Resolved an issue where ticking subtasks did not save to the database or trigger screen refreshes. Subtask
  completion states are now immediately written to disk and instantly reflected in the UI.

• Smart Notification Management: 
      - Completed tasks now automatically cancel any scheduled notification alarms to prevent unnecessary alerts.
      - Marking a task as incomplete again, or resetting routines, will automatically re-schedule the reminders.
      - Fixed weekly routine notifications; recurring tasks will now correctly trigger reminders every week instead of just once.

• Weekly Routine Resets: Improved the weekly transition logic to correctly reset routine tasks, clear their subtask states, and reschedule reminder
  alerts for the upcoming week.

• General Performance & UX: Minor bug fixes and performance enhancements for a smoother daily planning experience.

   - New Color Palette: Added 5 beautiful new colors (Teal, Rose, Indigo, Amber, and Slate) to give you more ways to categorize your life.
   - Smart Sorting: You can now toggle between sorting by "Time" or "Priority" in both Today and Weekly views.
   - Reliable Weekly Reset: Routine tasks and subtasks now correctly reset every Monday at 00:00 local time.
   - UI Optimizations: Improved layout for color selection and general performance fixes.
