スマホのスクリーンタイムを減らすアプリはいくつか試してきましたが、このアプリは「無理やり我慢させる」のではなく、楽しみながら制限できる点がとても気に入りました。

特に建物の完成度が高く、使っていて達成感があります。ただ時間制限をかけるだけではなく、自分がスマホを我慢した努力の過程や結果を建物という形で可視化してくれるアイデアは非常に良いと感じました。そのおかげで「我慢している」というストレスが少なく、自然とスクリーンタイムを減らせています。

一方で、改善してほしい点もあります。現在は建物が少しずつ完成していく様子が静止画ですが、これを動画やアニメーションでリアルタイムに見られるようになれば、建設が進んでいる実感が湧き、さらにモチベーションが上がると思います。

また、時間制限中に対象のアプリを開こうとした際も、ただメッセージを表示するだけでは少し物足りません。現在建設中の建物を表示し、「ここまで完成しているけど、本当に中断してしまっていい？」といった形で視覚的に訴えかける演出があると、「せっかくここまで頑張ったから続けよう」と思いやすくなり、制限を解除する人も減るのではないでしょうか。

全体としては、楽しみながらスクリーンタイムを減らせる非常によくできたアプリです。今後、建設演出や制限中の演出がさらに強化されれば、より多くの人が継続しやすいアプリになると思います。

スマホの使用時間を減らしたいと思っていても、制限アプリって「我慢するだけ」で続かないことが多かったです。

でもFocusityは、集中した時間が街づくりにつながるので、「あと少し頑張ろう！」という気持ちになれて、ゲーム感覚で続けられます。

実際にYouTubeやTikTokをブロックして使ってみましたが、「少しだけ見よう」が減って、スマホを触らない時間が自然と増えました。

仕事で資料を作るときや資格の勉強、読書など、「この時間だけは集中したい」という場面でも使いやすく、気付いたら予定していた作業がしっかり進んでいました。スマホを我慢するというより、「街を発展させたいから、もう少し集中しよう」と思えるのが、このアプリの一番面白いところだと感じています。

ブロックするアプリを自分で選べるので、生活スタイルに合わせて使えるのも魅力です。

これから建物や街づくりの要素がさらに充実していくと、もっと夢中になれそうで今後のアップデートにも期待しています！

Locking distracting apps and watching a building grow in return is such a clever idea — the onboarding made it clear right away what to do, and seeing progress over time gave me a real sense of achievement. 

One small suggestion: while an app is locked, it would be nice if the lock screen showed something like "These apps are locked" along with their icons, just as a clear reminder.

今までスクリーンタイムでロックするタイプのアプリをいろいろ使ってきたけど、どれも「とにかく触るな」って我慢を強いてくる感じで、結局続かなかった。
これは違って、楽しみながらスマホ我慢できる。あと13分耐えれば建物が成長すると思うと、不思議と耐えられる。我慢が目的じゃなくて、ミニチュア育ててたら勝手に我慢になってる感じが良い。しかもそのミニチュアがいちいちかわいい。
要望としては、ヨーロッパ系の建物が多めなので、日本の建築やアジアの建築をもっと増やしてほしい。そこが充実したら文句なしです。
