## What is Focuslancer?

FocusLancer is a focus timer for people who are paid by the hour.

Most timers count minutes. This one counts money. Pick the client, pick a work block, and press start — the earnings climb beside the clock, live, so an afternoon of deep work stops being a vague feeling and becomes a number you can put on an invoice.

THE CLOCK DOESN'T NEGOTIATE
Every second is derived from the wall clock, not from a ticker that has to keep running. Lock the phone, get a call, let iOS suspend the app, come back an hour later — the time is exactly right, because nothing was ever counting. Change the device clock and the session refuses to be fooled.
