## What is FocusLockAI?

FocusLock helps you stay in flow by making distraction inconvenient—not by locking you out of your life.

Start Work Mode to shield the apps and categories you choose with Apple Screen Time. When you need a break, name why you’re unlocking and confirm with Face ID—or tap a registered NFC focus tag. Access is time-boxed (5, 10, or 20 minutes). Shields return automatically when time is up, even if FocusLock isn’t open.

Everything stays on your iPhone. No account. No ads. No cloud sync of your focus history.

Features
• Work Mode with Screen Time shields you control
• Intentional unlock: reason + Face ID
• Optional NFC focus tag unlock
• Temporary access that expires on its own
• Today focus time, streak, and unlock history
• Erase all local FocusLock data anytime in Setup

FocusLock is intentional friction for adults who want fewer mindless opens—not parental control or unbreakable lockdown. You can always end Work Mode or revoke Screen Time in iOS Settings.
