## What is Focuslocks?

Focuslocks helps you protect your attention by adding friction before impulsive app use.

Choose distracting apps, set your focus schedule, and let Focuslocks help you stay aligned with your own limits. When a protected app is opened during an active focus window, Focuslocks creates a pause before you continue.

You can unlock with a conscious reflection flow or use a 7-minute temporary unlock pass.

Focuslocks is designed for people who want fewer impulsive distractions and more intentional phone use.

Key features:

- Block selected distracting apps during your schedule
- Set up to three daily focus windows
- Use a conscious unlock flow with a reflection phrase
- Use a 7-minute temporary unlock pass
- Keep your focus settings simple and private

Focuslocks does not require social login and is built to support healthier digital habits.
