## What is FocusTones?

Focus Tones creates calm, configurable sound sessions for focus, relaxation, meditation, and winding down.

Generate audio in real time with binaural beats, isochronic tones, continuous sine tones, and white, pink, brown, or green noise. Start from a preset or tune the session yourself: target frequency, base tone, noise color, rhythmic modulation, volume, fade duration, and sleep timer.

Use Focus Tones to:
- Mask distractions with soft noise
- Support deep work with focus-oriented presets
- Create quieter breaks and meditation sessions
- Wind down with gentle low-frequency presets
- Set a focus/break timer and let audio fade out automatically

Binaural mode works best with stereo headphones. Isochronic and noise-based sessions can also be useful through the phone speaker. Start with low volume, increase gradually, and stop if the sound feels uncomfortable.

Focus Tones is not a medical device. Presets are support tools for focus and relaxation, not guaranteed clinical effects.
