HOW IT WORKS (IN 30 SECONDS)

- Open the app, say what you are focusing on ("math homework," "study for bio test"), pick 20 or 30 minutes
- Put your phone face-down. If you pick it up, the timer pauses. No penalty—just no fake focus time
- Only real, face-down focus counts. You either focus or the timer does not run. It is that honest
- See your streaks, progress, and earned minutes. Share with your parents if you want—or do not

We built FocusWing because we were tired of being the phone police. Our daughter Jacqueline was taking 3 hours to do 30 minutes of homework. Screen time limits turned into daily fights. Nothing worked—until she had a tool that made her want to focus.

THIS IS NOT A PARENTAL CONTROL APP

We don't block apps. We don't monitor activity. We don't read messages. That would destroy trust. Instead:

- Jacqueline uses FocusWing for free. She builds awareness of her own focus habits
- If she wants to share progress, she gives you a code. You can't request it—she initiates it
- You see only what she chooses: Total focus minutes, active days, streaks, weekly summaries
- You never see: Apps used, websites visited, messages, screen activity, or what she is working on
- Code expires in 7 days. She must actively re-share, keeping her in control

WHAT YOU WILL SEE WHEN SHE SHARES

Example: "Jacqueline focused for 45 minutes this week. She was active 5 days and is on a 3-day streak. Yesterday she worked on homework for 8 minutes."

That is it. No surveillance. Just enough insight to stop the nagging and start the conversations.
