Really terrible experience!!!!!
There is not any tracking information or status updates after placing the order. But the app just charged me in advance?!!!!! I think it is fraud!!!!!!
I can’t contact anybody from the app. Just lost my money without any food or response.
Notice this fraud app!!!!!!! Never use it!

Bad user interface. There’s no map showing where the delivery guy is. No estimate time. No phone number. 

My order never arrived.

连续两次从下单等超过1个半小时没送达
软件从不显示需要的派送时间
软件显示的电话根本打不通
联系了餐厅给的一个所谓的客服
完全投诉无门，态度极差

1. Very confusing about what language they wanted customers to know. The menu were in English while the customer support spoke Chinese as well as the driver.

2. Poor time management. There is no feature of how much time estimated shown anywhere, while a 3 mile away restaurant took over an hour to deliver, the customer support responded that it was a “reasonable” time. Based on what standard ? ..

3. Very rude delivery service as well .
