## What is Fokuso?

Focus deeply. Build somewhere beautiful.

Fokuso is a calm focus timer that turns the time you make for yourself into a cozy 3D island you own. Every focused minute earns Pomo. Spend it on cabins, lanterns, ponds, trees and more land, and watch your little world grow one session at a time.

Nothing withers when you stop early. No account. No ads. No subscription. Your moments stay on your device.

FOCUS THE WAY THAT FEELS RIGHT
- Timer: one intention, a little protected time
- Pomodoro: focus and rest in steady rounds, with automatic short and long breaks
- Flow: count up and stop when it feels right
- Intervals and Open sessions for your own shape of work
- Any length from 1 to 480 minutes, or tap 25, 50 or 90
- Pause without losing time, add 5 minutes, or finish early. Short sessions still count
- A thought came up? Note it with one tap and gently return

RITUALS, ONE TAP AWAY
Start from ten ready-made rituals like Study, Deep Work, Reading, Writing and Coding Flow, or create your own with custom breaks, rounds and a soundscape that starts with it.

GROW YOUR SANCTUARY
- 45 handcrafted pieces across buildings, nature, lighting and decor
- 8 starter pieces free, the rest earned with Pomo. Pomodoro rounds earn 1.5x
- Expand your land from 8x8 up to 24x24
- Drag, rotate, replace and store pieces on a 3D grid, with undo
- Change the time of day and weather, and give your island a name
- Let it grow on its own after each session, or choose every piece yourself

A SOUND FOR YOUR STATE OF MIND
Layer rain, ocean, fireplace, wind, birds, river, night insects, and brown or pink noise. Start with mixes like Rainy Library, Midnight Cabin or Forest Morning, then save your own. Generated right on your device, so it works offline.

GENTLE BREAKS
Eye rest, stretching, hydration, a short walk, quiet time, or a guided breathing animation, so you come back refreshed.

TASKS AND GENTLE GOALS
Keep a light list of what is on your mind with projects, tags, priorities and due dates. Set daily, weekly or monthly focus goals. A direction, never a deadline.

INSIGHTS WITHOUT PRESSURE
- Focused time, sessions, average length and Pomo earned
- Your rhythm by day, week, month or year, and where your time went by project
- A calendar of your moments and a weekly reflection
- Fix your history: edit, split, merge or add past sessions, all with undo

REFLECT AFTER EVERY SESSION
Note how it felt, save a small win or next step, and mark your task complete.

MILESTONES, NOT STREAKS
Earn lasting milestones like First Step, Deep Dive, Night Owl and Century. Nothing to lose, no leaderboards, no guilt.

MADE FOR IPHONE AND IPAD
- A notification when your session ends while you are away
- Start a focus session from the Shortcuts app
- Keep the screen awake, use a quiet full-screen view, or hide the numbers
- Five themes including OLED and High Contrast, adjustable text size and reduced motion
- Works fully offline

PRIVATE BY DESIGN
Fokuso has no account, no tracking and no cloud. Everything lives on your device. Export a backup file anytime and restore it on a new phone.
