## What is Folder Lock?

Folder Lock lets you password-protect your personal files, photos, videos, documents, contacts, wallet cards, password manager, notes and audios in your iPhone. Apart from being a perfect cross-platform data security app, Folder Lock is a perfect WiFi manager app too, as you can transfer files from your iPhone to PC/Mac, or vice versa, wireless via Folder Lock. Its WiFi Music Manager feature allows you the options of audio import, music import, song import and mp3 import without using iTunes.

Introducing Gallery Lock, which locks your photos and videos. It’s Gallery Lock, Photo Lock and Video Lock options allow you to secure and view your personal photos and videos in their respective windows. Every picture and video is gone. It constantly asks me to log in to upgrade but when I enter my emails it says user doesn’t exist. My pin logs me in but none of my files are there. I lost everything

For upgrading asked email . I have not given any email id previously so I created a new account with my gmail id . I lost my old account and I can’t  get them back. Please give suggestion how to get back my old account.

Had app years ago with lots on it since using old iCloud n trying to get back on it but says none of my emails I have even exist I only used a pin to get in so would like access

I used to believe this was the #1 in the folder locking app category. I went off to the military for 6 years but I wasn’t living under a rock, so I don’t understand the direction these people chose to go—the app was perfect how it was before. You can’t even set up a pin anymore? That’s ridiculous. I had to set up a physical password to access my account again but doing so made me lose the previously encrypted data associated to the old password. So now I just have an empty slate. I don’t even know if I should keep this app any more. I trusted in these people to keep my stuff safe, now all my stuff is gone.
