The hardware with this software is ONLY an import device to get 360 product photos into their library , to which you then have access. This solution doesn’t allow you to operate the foldio360 without having the foldio360 app open and active 100% of the time. This all photo and video capture is ONLY what can be done with the foldio360 app. You cannot capture with any other app on your smartphone, become the moment you switch away from this foldio360 app, the turntable stops. It needs constant commands from the app to move. So you cannot use your other photo or video or capture apps to image the item rotating on a foldio360 platter. The whole mess is going back to them as a return. ### 2/5 — Stops working as soon as you exit the app *2025-10-27, version 2.1.8* I purchased this for product videography. First of all it’s annoying that you need an app to operate this, but it is what it is. The biggest problem is that as soon as you exit the app, the turntable stops rotating. So if my phone shuts off because of a timeout it stops rotating. So if I wanna take a photograph while this is rotating it will shut off. So you need a phone that is dedicated just for the turntable and that will not shut off at any time during your shoot. Daha önemlisi yapay zekanın sunduğu fırsatları uygulamaya entegre etmemek marka ve ürün için büyük bir şanssızlık. ### 2/5 — Very limited. *2025-08-31, version 2.1.8* Was pretty disappointed to discover you can’t take single pics with the Foldio360. The only option is the full 360 rotating photo shoot. The resolution is actually pretty poor unless you PAY for the upgrade. The lighting is also very dull when shooting diamonds. ### 2/5 — Not very good *2024-08-24, version 2.1.8* Not very good at first yet worse once I increased my $ subscription to pro. After it facilitated a test of removing the background on a video & photo file, and it looked actually good and easy to use, I purchased it, then immediately the app did not allow that tool to be used on videos. It was then also far too bright - unusable - on the photos and still didn’t remove the background despite it being the same one teated previously in their test option. Updated my phone and now I can’t sign in, log in or sign up for that matter. I needed the turn table to work in order to complete my work at a critical time. This is bad and not acceptable. Get that app to work with the latest iOS update on the new iPhones.
