### 1/5 — Garbage

*2020-08-29*

Every semester I give this app a try with no luck. User credentials from the website do not work with this app. Unsure what Follett considers signing in with an “email address” & “password” when it obviously isn’t the one you have been using online.

### 1/5 — I cannot log in

*2020-08-16*

When I try to log in it’s saying my information is incorrect

### 1/5 — For grades K-12

*2020-07-23*

It would make everyone’s life easier if this was stated up front. This is not the app for the books purchase through your University Bookstore. This is for K-12.

### 1/5 — Please listen

*2020-07-01*

We’re students that need easy access, even offline access to books. When purchasing digital from competitors like Pearson or Cengage a student gets access to highlighters, notes, page bookmarks, and offline use of your text for ease/convenience;plus don’t forget we don’t have to worry about destruction of textbooks if they’re digital. What use is the convenience if we can’t use the app?

### 1/5 — Turn back while you still can.

*2020-06-30*

Can’t log in with credentials from the website. You may choose to disregard the reviews and give it your best try, tirelessly typing in your email address and password over and over in hopes that MAYBE, just maybe, the gatekeeper of the backpack realm will allow you to pass if you just keep preserving, but such efforts will be futile. Take the advice from those who have gone before you and failed despite such valiant efforts. We came, we fought, we proved the ap is utterly useless.

### 1/5 — Take this off

*2020-06-08*

......and stop wasting everyone’s time. If you’re gonna develop an app, make it so it would FUNCTION.

### 1/5 — App Can’t Even Recognize Existing Accounts

*2020-01-22*

Bought a digital book and signed up on a laptop for this site. Trying to download the book on mobile for travel use. This app doesn’t recognize the email and password combo from the full website even though I verified the password is correct. For an education provider, they should go back to school.

### 1/5 — Annoying

*2019-09-13*

It Suks donkey hore

### 1/5 — Absolutely positively cancerous

*2018-11-26*

Gives me cancer when I try to use it

### 1/5 — School forces me to use it. Wicked Bad.

*2018-09-05, version 1.0.4*

You need to copy and paste credentials to get in. The download process is completely insane. To top it off, most of these books are cheaper from Amazon but school makes you get them here anyways because both parties know they can profit off of children who just want to survive High School.

### 1/5 — Terrible

*2017-08-20*

This app is horrible. I can't log in with the credentials the website gave me unless I directly copy and paste them from the email. This is super frustrating and a complete waste of time. Am I supposed to keep this email around now for an entire year just so I can log in and use my books?? Fix this now or at least add a "keep me logged in" feature because this is ridiculous. Even if this weren't the case, why should I have to log in every time I open the app? Not even my bank app gives me this much log in bs!

### 1/5 — Not Working Good

*2017-08-17, version 1.0*

It's not letting me log in with the information that was given to me, its kind of just freezing when I press the Login button

## Most critical reviews (10 lowest-rated)

### 1/5 — Wrong App download

*2022-05-24*

I downloaded this app in hopes for quick access to my ebooks purchased from the school bookstore. However this is the wrong app and will not let you login with the regular website login information. Instead, download the “Red shelf” (they are over the Follett byte wave website) your regular login information will work on the redshelf app and my books came right up once I logged in.

Best wishes to a successful school year.

### 1/5 — Wow

*2021-07-14*

The makers of this app clearly didn’t go to college

### 1/5 — Please Update!

*2021-06-27*

This app clearly doesn’t work. Why was the last update 2 years ago?!

As you may have guessed, my login credentials did not work.

### 1/5 — Non-functioning App

*2021-06-08*

Login does not work. Reset password does not work. App design is irrelevant if a user can’t access the system.

### 1/5 — Can’t login

*2021-03-31*

I currently use the online version of it but I just got an iPad and I’m trying to download the app but it does not let me login I use the books for college but this app is making it hard for me to have easy access to my books even though they are rented.

### 1/5 — Can’t access books

*2021-02-04*

The app refuses to allow my credentials FROM THEIR WEBSITE to work, and that’s so messed up when I’m just trying to access my books for school

### 1/5 — Doesn’t let you log in no matter what

*2020-09-16*

I thought it was me who was misspelling my credentials but after resetting my password and trying through my laptop it went through. I try through here and it’s to no avail. Fix the app!!!

### 1/5 — Login

*2020-09-11*

Will not allow me to login using the credentials that I use on my computer.

### 1/5 — ugh

*2020-09-07*

Im just want an easier way to access my purchased books and the app just doesn't help. I would appreciate some adjusting.

### 1/5 — Waste of time.

*2020-09-06*

I thought the reviews were exaggerated.... until I tried it myself.
