## What is Follow?

commit to the thing you keep putting off. follow shows you what you're actually like when you do it.

most apps want to motivate you. follow doesn't. it's for people who already know what they want to do — they just need a place to commit to it.

each day, you name the one thing you're showing up for. no streaks, no points, no dashboard. just the thing, and the day.

when you're done, follow asks the only question that matters: did you show up? you say yes, almost, or not today. then, in your own words, what was it like?

over time, you build a record. your own words, as you said them.

every week, follow reads it back to you. not a summary — a reflection. it only speaks when there's something true to say.

and when you want to understand yourself better, ask your record directly. what's been draining you. what's made you feel good. what you keep avoiding. your past entries already know.

follow doesn't coach you. it doesn't judge you. it witnesses.
