## What is Follow?

Some goals matter to you but still sit in the back of your mind. You may not know where to start, or the next step may feel too big.

Follow helps you make those goals easier to act on.

Add a goal in your own words. Follow suggests a manageable place to start and prepares a simple plan for today. If you are working on several goals, the plan includes steps from different goals so your day stays balanced.

You can turn a suggested step into a plan, record what you did and save notes along the way. If a step does not fit today, you can skip it.

Follow also shows optional micro-steps for days when you have less time or energy. They take only a few minutes and give you an easier way to stay in touch with a goal.

You can use Follow to:
• turn a goal into clear next steps
• see one main focus and other steps for today
• keep several goals moving
• use quick micro-steps when you need them
• save plans, results and notes
• see progress for each goal

You do not have to finish everything today. Any step counts.
