They keep reminding me to set up communication preferences, which I have done, but they never acknowledge it. There are elderly people using this to see their results and the sign in system makes it more difficult for them to access. I reset my password and after trying to sign in with that password, it did not work. I moved on with my username and said it did not exist. Seriously? Why’re we making this so hard to access? Now it does not allow me to sign in after attempts. I know my username is correct and my password after confirming so.
