It was a 3minute drive and the estimated charge was 3.70pounds. The driver was informed of her situation and i confirmed her address via a piece of paper she had with her and the family member who was on the phone. We got a notifications saying that the lady was charged 10pounds for this ride. The driver took advantage of the lady’s limitations and charged her extra. I can confirm this is the same person who we have booked with previously and charged us more than he should. He is not trustworthy and is cheating on customers ### 1/5 — Don’t bother *2025-08-20, version 742.18.0* Booted out of the app for no reason when I essentially needed this to get to a job interview. Forced me to provide my mobile number (which it already has anyways as I’ve used the app for years without issue) for a verification code that never sent anyways. This made my journey to my interview significantly more stressful than it needed to be as I had to run around Bangor looking for a cash machine to book local instead, which was significantly more reliable than what this app has done for me. ### 1/5 — Bad experience *2025-06-19, version 742.17.0* I booked a taxi for 5:30pm in the evening, at 9am to make sure I don't have to wait to get home. If I cancel the booking, as it says in the app, they charge £5. It's now 6:40pm when I write this message, and the taxi still hasn't shown up. The supervisor said he's sorry, but I'm busy. Dishonest to the core. If you cancel, they take your money, but if they are not on time? Nothing happens, not even a discount. Terrible service and terrible policy. I will start doing some bad advertising. ### 1/5 — It's a so terrible experience *2025-04-28, version 742.16.0* It took 15 minutes for someone to accept the order, and the distance between me and the driver and the waiting time were not changed for the another 10 minutes. When I cancelled the order, I was charged another 5 pounds.
