I was scrolling through the App Store a 30 minutes ago, and saw this I thought it was a fonts thing and I said “oh! I’ve had it? But I don’t remember it,” 
Later I remembered recently, the AppStore has been thinking “oh, she has downloaded this!” And they put it on my iPad, I have not, just saying it will take your everything saved, because the AppStore stopped that 2 weeks ago and it didn’t say this 3 weeks ago, please make this better Im scared now. 😱

I’ve been using this app for years and it works fine for a few days but then crashes. I have to delete and reinstall it to finish my work. A LOT. I am working off a 16 pro max, everything is updated with 1 TB memory. I should NOT be having an issue with this. I hope the developers see this review because this app could be BETTER

It lacks basic technical instruction which makes it difficult to use.  It does not seem like a complicated app but without basic instructions it worthless.

Third time writing a review in about a two year period and there are no fixes to the app crashing and having to delete and redownload to get it to work.  It would be different if it were a free app but I am not going to continue to pay for an app that doesn't work!!

Got the 1 week free trial with fonts and crashes when I go to the fonts page on fonts candy. plus it isn't clear how to set a font either on fonts candy.

The built in a fail so you cannot RESTORE your previous purchases. I have had other developers who have had problems with recognizing Restore but they didn’t penalize their customers, this app does. They are garbage developers!

Purchased this app in July 2017 to “unlock everything”. Now, they have switched to a weekly subscription fee and when I try to “restore purchases”, the app crashes. I get new subscribers would sign up and accept the TOS to use this app, but the fact that I am not grandfathered in is greasy. Don’t waste your time on this app.

Great add on to the already beat Fonts App of all time. Seriously back these apps out of shear trust in the powers that be. I’ve early on been a person who loves the font keyboards since the get go but not until I found this developer was I ever happy with the provider. Used it for years and love not having something happen to where I have to shop for a new alternative so thank you !  I always try to do test flight or help anyway he’s asking to give back as I believe it should be

I have spent about 5 years looking for an app that would apply mostly to font manipulations. This is the only one I have found that’s exactly right for me. Most others have all kinds of templates, clip art, and pretty much other junk I don’t need. Finally, I have found the right tools.

My Font Candy + app that I paid for isn’t working. I do not even see it on the App Store anymore, but this is the same company. I need assistance with getting my app to run again. I see now it is a weekly subscription; I paid a one-time payment for full-access forever. What do I need to do to have full access to my creations and templates and the app itself?

EDIT: I forgot that I purchased long ago, & the full version is installed as “FONT CANDY +”, not “FontCandy” (restore purchase didn’t bring this up either)… There are TEN different options listed under in-app purchases, but ONLY ONE (weekly) option in the app—DESPITE HAVING UNLOCK EVERYTHING FIR $2.99 in description. No thanks—why not make this an option instead of/in addition to the trial? I installed over 3 years ago, before they converted to subscription model. It’s with the price, not the hassle of having to remember to unsubscribe or upgrade to avoid multiple charges. One star off for tricky subscription options.
