I find this to be a very clever and useful tool. Based on my experience, I would agree with the minimum size requirements suggested for the scenarios I tested. As for the earlier comment re: PS font sizes, I suspect that comment came from someone unfamiliar with the difference between picas and points.

Il check it out in photoshop when I get a chance. One problem, though. In PS if you have a large canvas the fonts get downsized so size 10 is like 70. Maybe that's just my settings
