### 4/5 — Trying the app again after purchasing

After feeling inclined to purchase this app I’ve decided to give it another go having about a year of feeling i wasted my money. I had another experiment with it and it was good to see that i was able to change the screen to black and have the font white. Made it so much easier to see the little details. Good that you can lock the screen when tracing. However, when tracing and the second word is longer than the first for example, Merry Christmas, I had to slide the screen across and shrink the word Christmas because it didn’t fit in across my screen. Pinching the screen to make the font smaller or bigger is great but what would be even better if I could change the font size manually or have words placed underneath like in two rows otherwise one word like Merry would be a bigger font size than Christmas, if you know what I mean.

I couldn’t watch and ad to test the free app out so I felt inclined to purchase it to try it out. It advertises as an app where you can trace the lettering, but you can’t. It allows you to change the text to what you want to trace but I can’t trace the lettering. 😢

I too bought the lifetime purchase and still cannot use the app. It just wants me to upgrade but then tells me I’ve already purchased the upgrade and then when I try to restore the purchase, I just get the wheel of death and have to close the app. Complete waste of money. I paid for a premium subscription, was charged immediately, yet I gained no access to the “premium feature”. This is extremely fraudulent, and I am lucky I didn’t pay for a more expensive payment option.

Well, that’s a bummer… I’m disappointed to see that the app offers a “watch an ad to use this font for free,” but when you click on the “watch ad” button, NOTHING happens!! There is NO ad to watch to unlock the font… And hence, the font stays locked and is unusable!! 
I know they have a “Pro” version, where you pay a subscription to unlock all features, but if you’re going to use the “watch an ad to use for free,” at least HAVE an ad to watch and offer use for free!! 
If this bug is fixed, I will update my review. Because it really DOES look like a great app, and just what I need for my journalling/scrapbooking!!

I purchased the lifetime access.   I have tried at least 50 times to use the app, and it keeps asking me to upgrade to premium.   When I click upgrade, it tells me I already did.   Clicking on “restore purchase” does nothing.  Usually just spins and spins and never restores.   I deleted the app and re-installed it to see if that would work.   No.  Still the same. 

I’m the app, I click “contact us” and it is a dead link.   Nothing happens.   

I would either like my money back or for the app to function properly as promised.
