Но в данном конкретном FREE приложении есть маленький, но существенный подвох! Дело в том, что полная версия приложения стоит $3,99 и если ее купить через AppStore, то будет возможность загрузить уже купленную раз полную версию на ваши другие устройства! Например, купив полную версию через iPad и установив, я могу установить уже купленную полную версию и на свой iPhone. Подвох же версии FREE заключается во встроенной покупке полной версии, а точнее разблокировки функций полной версии на версию FREE. Таким образом, заплатив те же $3,99 через бесплатную версию я не получаю доступа к полной версии с других устройств, как было бы в случае изначальной покупки полной версии через AppStore. На другом устройстве я так же имею бесплатную версию, в которой так же надо заплатить за ее апгрейд до полной. Либо авторы не продумали данный момент, либо это маленькая хитрость, граничащая с наглостью. ### 1/5 — ENCORE UN MENSONGE *2012-06-12* Bien sur tout est en Anglais(contrairement annoncé dans AMC) et c'est un faux Bon Plan puisque pour avoir la liste complète il faut bien sur PAYER! Des applications comme ça vous pouvez vous abstenir, franchement!! Lists less than 80 additives, You have you pay $4.49 for the 450+ ### 1/5 — PLUS is less than full version *2009-12-07* WARNING: There is an in-app Buy button rather dangerously placed in the same location as the back button, so be careful or you'll accidentally buy the full version. Not sure what the PLUS means, but this is actually what other developers would call a LITE version of the regular app. Included information is limited to 50 random additives with several browse choices but no search. This app might be ok for casual reading but is too tedious for looking up information on labels. Also, please move the Buy button somewhere less obtrusive .. wouldn't rate higher than one star due to deceptive placement. ## Most critical reviews (10 lowest-rated) ### 1/5 — Virtually Useless in free mode - no results *2021-08-29* As someone who purchased the first version of this app, I was hopeful that the new version would be as useful. After typing in 5 numbers, each time the result was “No results” Not sure if this is just because the ones I typed in were part of the paid version or if the app just didn’t have the numbers. Either way, it makes the app useless. ### 1/5 — Too sneaky *2020-12-14* Shows as being a free download, but once downloaded you are invited to upgrade for $2,99. Only a small number of additives are available on the free version. 450 more available on the paid version. I've had some doubts about some of "information". Controlled studies are not as confirming of that, but the anecdotal reports of some zealous groups can be persuasive to some. Hopefully this is Will give me a more independent reference to check on what's known and what's in doubt from another source. Some things are not easy or simple. There's a lot of additives on the list here, but I also see a lot of food additives listed as ingredients on things we have in the fridge that aren't on the list yet. Keep up the good work. Manque plus que les mentions obligatoire sur l'étiquetage! ### 4/5 — Good reference *2023-11-25* I often refer to this app when I’m reading the ingredients list on product packaging. It’s impossible to remember what all of these mystery chemicals are that are added to what we eat. I tried going to the app support link but it just has a logo picture and nothing else and it doesn’t have any way to communicate with the developers. Perhaps the page is not mobile friendly so other things just don’t show up. I would like to suggest you add things added to crops that are not added at the time of making a product but remain from the application during growing. Such as glyphosate. It seems to be in so many food products now. I've had migraines since adolescence & they are a common problem in my family. Weather & hormone fluctuations are unpredictable, but food & additives we avoid. This list comes up short.
