### 1/5 — Lactose isn’t just milk!!!!

I have lactose intolerance so can’t have milk, butter, cream, cheese etc. this just has milk as an allergens?!?!

**Developer response:** Hi, we understand your concern, but as lactose is not listed as an allergen (while milk is) by the EU/US regulators, we technically cannot detect lactose in products.

Milk *must* be declared by food producers when contained in a product, lactose does not have to. So, as I said, we technically cannot detect it with accuracy - we therefore prefer not to take the risk.

I don’t normally leave reviews, but this thing is GREAT!!!! I LOVE it! It does exactly what it says it does and it’s so easy to use. Literally a life saver.
