Lactose isn’t just milk!!!!
I have lactose intolerance so can’t have milk, butter, cream, cheese etc. this just has milk as an allergens?!?!

Hi, we understand your concern, but as lactose is not listed as an allergen (while milk is) by the EU/US regulators, we technically cannot detect lactose in products. Milk *must* be declared by food producers when contained in a product, lactose does not have to. So, as I said, we technically cannot detect it with accuracy - we therefore prefer not to take the risk.
