Très belle idée de regrouper tous les aliments et ce qu’ils contiennent ,mais je trouve qu’il manque beaucoup d’informations sur le rôle des minéraux. L’information du cuivre en est un exemple. Même chose pour les vitamines , l’information est limitée.Enrichir ceux-ci pourrait en faire une bien meilleure encyclopédie.Cela serait plus rapide et facile d’accès. Sans oublier le rôle des acide animés.Cette application a beaucoup de potentielles pour éduquer les gens ,mais Rome ne c’est pas bâti en une journée!

I bought this app when in search of a tool to use as a guide/calculator for vitamins and minerals in food. I really like the idea and design of this app, but I find that it is lacking in the choices of certain foods. The areas lacking the most are in the meats category. There’s simply one choice for “beef”, “chicken” and “pork” and no options to narrow down within that choice. I would really like to see some features to allow for filtering that down a bit more, or perhaps just more choices within the different categories of food.

Les nouvelles versions intègrent désormais la possibilité de d'afficher les proportions de 17 acides aminés, classés en 3 catégories (Essentielles, possiblement essentielles, et non-essentielles). Une simple mise à jour vous permettra d'avoir accès à ces données.
