An rx can say “filled” but that could mean several different things like waiting for authorization or not ready for refill. Also unless I’m missing something there’s no way to archive old prescriptions and that takes up way too much space on the screen. ### 3/5 — Not great *2025-07-14, version 2.0.7* Old prescriptions never get deleted. Have to scroll and scroll to find all your meds. Very annoying. ### 3/5 — Option to Archive *2025-07-09* I would rate the app at 5 stars, but the fact that you can’t delete or archive old prescriptions makes it really hard to use. Even if prescriptions that have expired would automatically be archived it would help. Doses changes fairly often and if you aren’t paying attention and pick an older prescription with the old dose or number of times per day, you can be up a creek because some meds require more upkeep (and in-person Dr visits) than others. Food for thought. ### 4/5 — FC Pharmacy App *2025-06-21, version 2.0.7* For the most part, I like the app. I do however wish the Quick Refill Feature allowed the switching of the patient’s name prior to scanning the Rx bottle to be refilled. I might be just unaware of how to do this? No notifications when new prescriptions have been submitted and too soon to refill, when they've been submitted and are in process if filling, filled and ready to pick up, etc. The app also doesn't separate which medications still have refills and which medications have last beed filled in the past, but have zero refills. I switched from CVS to this because before I downloaded the app, I was getting alerts via text messages. However, since I downloaded the app I have stopped getting any notifications of anything involving prescriptions and I have no idea of the cost. Zero information about prescriptions. It also doesn't provide an option to update new insurance RX. I switched from another pharmacy to this pharmacy to avoid this problem because their app was terrible and they switched from being able talk to someone in the pharmacy to leaving voicemail. Some prescriptions won't have the same prescription number because they're "controlled" so you can't dial in the number on the bottle. It needs a lot of work. ### 1/5 — Pharmacy App *2025-01-08, version 2.0.5* This is the worst app ever. You cannot delete old prescriptions that are no longer being used. You have to search through all of your prescriptions to find the one of multiple tabs that you need to refill. It just shows 0 due but they Never go away , they just keep Showing “0” and you have to scroll tru ALL the ( 0 due ) prescriptions To find one you can order. Also if you want to see the last time you ordered it you have to go to a different screen ! Why not have everything on one page ? Just a bad designed app! ### 1/5 — Not user friendly in the slightest *2024-01-30* This app is ridiculous. A medication I have been taking at the same dose for years shows up like 6 separate times under "ready for refill" and even though we haven't reached the expiry date AND it says multiple refills remaining, I click it and it says this prescription is not available. Ok, then why was it listed under ready for refill? So I have to click and submit one by one until I hit the correct listing. Then under "filled," it's just a cluttered mess. It even includes prescriptions I tried to fill but could not due to a supply shortage. I am going to switch pharmacies because this app is so unusable. ### 1/5 — Christina Crowe *2023-04-25* The app doesn’t allow to hide prescriptions no longer being taken, so you have to scroll through old prescriptions to get to current ones. Also, it’s doesn’t allow for customers to unenroll automatic refills. So old prescriptions set to auto fill will be put through to pharmacies causing them to fill meds that are not needed or the extra work of having to contact the pharmacy to unenroll meds. It’s rather cumbersome and doubles the work of the pharmacy and causes more aggravation for customers. ### 1/5 — Limited options - difficult to determine status *2022-11-14, version 2.0.3* I app has limited options for managing prescriptions. User have to look under user profile to find prescriptions rather than prescriptions. It is difficult to determine the status of a prescription to know whether a refill is due, in-process, ready to pick up, or has been picked up. it is also difficult to view history for a specific medication. When transferring a prescription from one Food City to another, it doesn’t appear to completely transfer.
