After trying to log in it says there’s already an account with my email. I tried setting up a new account with a different email address but it told me I already had an account. Tried uninstalling and reinstalling to no avail. Still cannot sign in. Stuck in the 90s refilling by phone ### 1/5 — Ridiculous *2026-04-04, version 7.5.8* The app will not accept my user name or password, will not allow me to start over and set up an account. The old app worked, this one is garbage. ### 1/5 — Truly needs work! *2026-03-13, version 7.5.8* I have tried 2 dozen times to SIGN IN (am registered & have used app a couple of times) & it always takes me back to home. Also sized too large for my ipad screen & requires multiple up-and-down swipes to find what I am looking for (usually Prescription List). Can’t log into the new app because it doesn’t recognize my old email address. Can’t set up a new account in the new app because it says my email address is already registered to another account. Once I’m in, everything moves at a snails pace. I can’t check if my prescriptions are in progress of being filled or not. It continuously states no server connection or issues loading and it can’t even tell me if my refill requested submitted. The switch over was bad too. No information was provided about a change or how to do so. ### 1/5 — Terrible *2026-02-09, version 1.0* This app sucks compared to the original one. You can’t ever sing in. You can constantly input your information and it just sits on the log in screen. I had to recreate my account, sometimes it will log in most of the time it times out. Go to refill meds and it will refill 1 or 2 then it gives me an error message telling me to try again later. This is about to make me switch pharmacies. Update Really wish I could give 0 stars! Yet again doing my meds for the week and it is down again! I had the previous app already set up so I went through to remind myself of the password since I couldn't log in. This app tells me there's no such person with the email address that I should go create a new account so I do. Which it then tells me I cannot because that email address is already in use. Somebody needs to fix this and I would love a reply on how I can get around this problem. Can the pharmacy fix it from their end? Can anyone fix it? SO much easier to manage refills and see vital info on one screen instead of drilling down multiple clicks to see refills remaining or last fill date. ### 3/5 — Could have been explained *2026-01-19, version 1.0* I had no idea there was a change over in apps and couldn’t figure out why I could not sign into my account then I find this new app with all these one star reviews complaining about how they can’t access their account and I got the same issue about not recognizing my email. Come to find out you had to recreate an account once I did that I finally got in. I’m giving three stars because it could’ve been better explained and pre-warned us so that we were better prepared in the changeover. ### 2/5 — Somewhat helpful *2026-06-10, version 7.5.10* Something that trips me up a lot is the “there is an issue with your insurance” message. My prescription refills get this message when there is a delay like the pharmacy ran out of the prescription or my prescription can’t be refilled until tomorrow. As others have mentioned, there was no mention of a new app being released. My guess is because it wasn’t ready. After a couple of months it still isn’t ready. Most days I can’t even get logged in. Like I said, when it works, it’s good. It might even be great. But it doesn’t work regularly enough to know. I’m glad I have good pharmacists.
