Food Court Idle is a really cute restaurant management game and in the very beginning, I loved it. It’s fun to keep the ingredients stocked, collect cash, hire staff and expand the food court. Unfortunately, as soon as the first 30-ish minutes of gameplay is done, the forced ads start. And it feels like the more you play, the worse it gets. Super disappointing because there is an option to pay $9.99 to play ad-free, but apparently there are still some necessary ads? It’s unclear and I’m wary to pay anything without understanding exactly what that means.
