### 1/5 — Religious nonsense

*2025-04-14*

Just a bunch of bible mumbo jumbo to make you feel guilty for existing.

### 5/5 — Food for thought

*2024-01-25*

Starts the day right

### 5/5 — Well written resource

*2023-06-21*

Thoughtful helpful wide ranging subjects about life and a relationship to a higher power.

### 1/5 — Toxic and Not inclusive

*2023-05-23*

There is a reading for May 18 that basically says being thin is the ultimate goal. As long as you’re thin, you’ve succeeded. And that God is not happy that you’re overweight. Also, all spiritual are to “Lord” and “Him”.

**Developer response:** Thank you for your thoughtful review. This book was published in 1980 and was written primarily for people who identified as compulsive overeaters in Overeaters Anonymous. We’re updating the content to take into consideration that compulsive overeating is now an eating disorder, and that we need to use more inclusive language when we talk about various paths in recovery. We wish you all the best.

### 5/5 — Thank you

*2022-09-24*

I want to say thank you to the author of this amazing book. It gives me strength and it gives me hope each day that the weight that I have because of my obsession for food can be over come. Yes I am losing weight very slowly but the pounds are coming off because I know I’m not alone on this journey. Thank you so very much sincerely Carleen

### 5/5 — Often More Spiritual

*2022-07-30*

I think there is even more of a conviction to trust in and lean on my Higher Power than the OA For Today book has. I read both, but find this one every bit as powerful in keeping me willing, motivated and growing in my recovery. Keep coming back, and take one day at a time.

### 5/5 — Make it so we can highlight

*2021-12-02*

I love this app. So many of the daily thoughts are amazing and resonate with me. My only suggestion on improving this app would be 1) giving the reader the ability to highlight those portions that “speak” to them. Not just click on a star for favorite (which is great) but also the ability to highlight the text. And 2) not having it revert back to the current day when we pull up another mobile screen. For example, I read another day’s thought, which got me pondering and I switched my screen to Safari to look up more info on the subject and when I returned back to the app screen it had reverted back to the current day and not the day I had previously been looking at.

### 5/5 — Good reflections each day

Really enjoy reading each morning.

### 5/5 — Such a blessing!
