### 4/5 — Promised so much

*2026-05-06, version 6.9*

I love the data in this app but I can’t use it practically e.g. recipes cannot be accessed from the diary and none of the recipes or diary entries show cumulative totals for things i.e. histamine and oxalate which means u can’t adjust your meals to compensate when getting close to limits.

### 4/5 — Amazing

*2025-11-04, version 6.8*

This is an amazing app, worth the money! Could you please add lectins?

### 4/5 — Great app

*2025-10-21, version 6.7*

Wish it had more items

### 4/5 — User Guide Needed

*2025-10-12, version 6.7*

Please include a user guide for this app. There is not enough explanation on many things.

### 3/5 — Changes

*2025-09-22*

I notice verage changes like beef meat that was in high average of histamine now is low. I dont get how, the way beef meat is matured. It can’t be that low.

### 5/5 — The best intolerance app

*2025-08-04, version 6.6*

I’ve been looking for an app to rely on for ages and finally heard a doctor mention this app on a podcast and now I use it multiple times a day. It’s the best.

### 5/5 — Best tool for a low histamine diet

*2025-05-14, version 6.5*

After reviewing many resources, I have found this to be the best for a low histamine diet. Other resources are riddled with misinformation. Thank you for creating this!!!

### 3/5 — Okay

*2025-04-28, version 6.4*

This app is full of good information. Unfortunately, like every other food intolerance source out there, it has conflicting and contradictory data. It also lacks plenty of basic foods and meal items. Disappointed since I went ahead and paid $15 for it. Do not recommend.

### 3/5 — Pas accessible en français

*2025-03-09*

### 4/5 — Excellent database

*2025-01-27, version 6.3*

The range and number of items rated is better than others, albeit US focused. But I can’t find 😊 a search function? I’d certainly pay for it if there is one and I’m somehow missing it !

### 3/5 — Full access payment!

*2025-01-24, version 6.3*

Do I only need to pay $19.99 once to gain access to all the information?

### 2/5 — Doesn’t include Oxalate foods.

*2025-01-03, version 6.3*

This app does not include oxalate foods. If one has histamine intolerance, they almost always also have oxalate and salicylates stemming from MCAS. This app would be rated higher if it also included them.

### 5/5 — Super App, aktuell mit Fehler

*2024-12-09*

### 4/5 — Asparagus

*2024-10-30, version 6.2*

Why asparagus are Ok in sibo??

### 5/5 — Fantastisch

*2024-10-21*

## Most critical reviews (10 lowest-rated)

### 1/5 — Use to be great

*2026-02-14, version 6.9*

Not sure what happened to the app. It use to work great but now every single food shows zero histamine which isn’t accurate.

### 1/5 — One time fee is inaccurate

*2025-08-27, version 6.6*

States $17 for one time fee, charged me $60. No options for cancelling or contacting any customer service. No response to email.

### 1/5 — Does nothing

*2025-08-19, version 6.6*

I was able to pick something and it gave me the definition-

### 1/5 — Review of the app

*2025-02-21*

The outlook of the app is outdated, it’s quite hard to understand how to navigate. It’s 2024 I would love to have more vegan options and specific brands of “vegan” meats, cheeses listed already. The general information about the allergens is good, but it’s all too much and so confusing on the interface. I did not need to pay 17,00 euros for this and I would like to get a refund. Thank u!

### 1/5 — This app needs a tutorial

*2024-10-15, version 6.2*

I see lots of lists of foods with no explanation about what the colors mean. For example, why is cottage cheese red, while aged Edam is green? This is completely counterintuitive to me. Cottage cheese is generally considered safe, while aged cheese can be problematic.

I cannot see any way to use the app, or any explanation on how to use it. Are we supposed to guess?

### 1/5 — Not user friendly

*2024-04-27, version 6.0*

I have no idea how to even use the app. I paid $15.99 and it doesn’t seem to have anything extra from the basic, free package. Wasted money. There needs to be instructions on how to use the app. Really disappointed

### 1/5 — Doesn’t work

*2023-11-17, version 5.7*

Just downloaded it and I can’t even select Tyramine, there is a lock next to it.

### 1/5 — Very little information provided

*2023-10-26, version 5.7*

After downloading the free app, excited to learn about food intolerances, I found incomplete sentences. Unless you pay extra, the information will show the first 5 words and then 3 dots to describe the food and whether there is a strong interaction or low interaction. If you are ok with the stoplight colors as your answer to whether a food is safe, then you may like this app. I find it frustrating and a bait and switch. They should just charge money for the app initially instead of making people think the app is free.

### 1/5 — Not correct on many products

*2023-09-22, version 5.7*

Lists many products as high histamine when they are not. For instance paprika as high when only the hot one is , cumin as high when it’s not high and peas as high where as frozen peas are low.

## Most praised reviews (10 highest-rated)

### 5/5 — Völlig ausreichend

*2026-06-09*

### 5/5 — Life saver

*2026-05-11, version 6.9*

Several several years ago, I began to suffer from stuffy nose and headaches as a result of foods that I was eating and wine and beer. I had no idea what was causing this and no doctors could explain it to me. Slowly during a four or five year period, I was able to find a few mentions on the Internet relating to histamine intolerance. Then I found this app! It was a life changer for me. I was able to avoid pretty much all foods that caused the symptoms. I never would have suspected some of them as a problem, like something as common as pepper!! But I also kept searching for information regarding causation. One say I asked Google whether NSAIDs and decongestants harm gut bacteria. The answer was YES!!! I immediately stopped taking them and slowly my histamine intolerance went away. Today I don’t have any of the histamine intolerance symptoms. This app made my histamine intolerance manageable while I found the cause of my problems and cured my gut!

### 5/5 — Très chouette et utile application

*2026-04-12*

### 5/5 — Invaluable for self hacking

*2026-03-29, version 6.9*

I’ve had this app for MANY years, and it is so helpful when I get weird symptoms or reactions and try to suss out the reasons. I’ve had many ‘ahah!’ Lightbulb moments due to this app. I have histamine issues and this app was my #1 tool in memorizing what was ok and what wasn’t. I’m very grateful because cutting certain foods has changed my life. Now I’m wrestling with new GI issues and this app has a starting role again as I do elimination diets. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED

### 5/5 — ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Sehr empfehlenswert!

### 5/5 — Incredibly Accurate and Thorough and thus Extremely Useful

*2026-01-05, version 6.8*

Anyone with food sensitivities of any sort will find this app very useful. I can’t say more about how much I personally depend on this app for my daily wellbeing. Thank you to the developers. They’ve done a great service for those who need this information for living safely daily.

### 5/5 — Very useful

*2025-12-30, version 6.8*

I love this app already and will continue with the pro version. I am amazed as this app does exactly what I need in order to deal with Histamine and gluten intolerances. This app is simple and comprehensive, I recommend!

### 5/5 — Thank you!!!

*2025-11-07, version 6.8*

Absolutely great resource that’s been assisting me daily. When at home, choosing recipes and at the shop when trying to workout if to buy a product or not. I cannot recommend enough!⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

### 5/5 — Highly recommend

*2025-10-16, version 6.7*

Great for histamine intolerance, mast cell disorders, people with multiple chemical sensitivities. I recommend it to all of my clients. The paid version is very worth it for them. A book or workbook costs more than this!

### 5/5 — Essential for Mcas.

*2025-09-19, version 6.7*

Thank you for the work you’re doing. This is an essential app for anyone with mast cell activation syndrome. Don’t know what my spouse and I would do without it!
