User reviews

Update- option to enter time now available

Easy to use. There was previously no option to change the time stamp if you are adding the meal later. It assumed you will always add or take a picture at the meal time and that has been changed.
Some of the ads are tricky, designed to make you click as opposed to being informed and moving on.

Response from developer

Photo half covered, too many ads.

Can’t see the full photo. The top half is covered. And the new update added ads. Might as well make a paid version to remove the ads.

Response from developer

Hello Johnny thank you for your review. As a solo developer working on this for around 3 years, ads were a way to allow users like you to use it at no cost. I am thankful you care about Food Journal Eat Well so much to post an review. Regarding the problem with the picture size. When taking the picture with Food Journal Eat Well, the picture is generated with the right size. If you are bringing a picture from the gallery that has a different aspect ratio / size, it will be cropped during import. Fear not, I will work to improve the import experience.

Only pictures

The only useful function is tracking water intake and a bmi calc.
