You submit a refill and there is no update, no notification, it just disappears. Then it told me to change my password, did that. Now it’s asking my to validate my username due to changes and I can’t. There is no way to do this or any options to get support for this app. I loved using it , it helped me with my children’s medication up keep. I’ve been trying for two months now to regain access to my account.
