I’m stuck at the screen that shows diet plan (part of onboarding). There’s no way to progress to the next stage, whatever it may be, and it certainly never took me to the subscription selection. 

I’m curious to know how such flaws aren’t detected prior to app launches.

I have tried 3 times to go through the signup process and each time it hangs up on the calculating plan screen. The plan shows, but no way to advance to the next screen.

I can’t believe that anyone would think that they could get accurate macros through photographs. If I take a picture of a portion of a casserole that I made, a picture can’t tell if I used breadcrumbs, or pork rinds which have completely different carb and protein content.  A photograph can’t tell if the portion is 5 ounces or 8 ounces. A photograph can’t tell if I used a stick of butter or a tablespoon of butter. A photograph can’t tell if I used real crab meat or imitation crab meat. 

Even if I photograph something simple like a hamburger, the app can’t tell if I used 80/20 ground beef or 90/10.  It can’t tell if I used a high carb brioche bun, or a low carb keto bun.  Why are you charging $100 while attempting to trick people into thinking that this app offers accuracy?  

You should be ashamed of yourselves.

You have different ways to add your food. You can either enter values manually or by photo, even you can take a photo and adjust the result manually if you think it’s not accurate, so this is not a scum. The app is offering different prices so $100 is only for the lifetime offer, you can get a yearly subscription for just $39,99. 

I’m also planning to add barcode scanning for adding your meals soon for those who prefer adding meals in that way.
