### 4/5 — So simple to use

*2020-06-06, version 1.2*

A user friendly app- that takes the thinking out of food awareness.
It’s great

### 2/5 — Confusing

*2020-03-02, version 1.2*

Hard to figure out. I learned that 161 gm of raw carrots has “1g” of calories!

### 2/5 — Not stable enough to do the basic tasks

*2019-11-19, version 1.2*

I downloaded the free app on both iPhone 8 Plus and iPhone XR. When u try to create a food, the app shuts down. I enter in the details and press calculate and it pushes me out of the app. Fix this and this app could easily b a 5* app.

### 5/5 — Love it!

*2019-07-19, version 1.2*

### 2/5 — Scanner

*2019-07-12, version 1.2*

It’s good but doesn’t scan all items

### 4/5 — Brenda

*2019-06-06, version 1.2*

Like app is very close to the weight Watchers points. Only off a point on some things. But it great an helpful need to put in the free point foods. I’m going to be using it a lot. Great app for people who have done weight Watchers an want to keep up with it and can’t afford weight Watchers.

### 5/5 — Great App

*2019-05-21, version 1.2*

This a great app easy to use and very helpful in helping figure your points.

### 5/5 — Excellent

*2019-04-22, version 1.2*

This is the best app and I love it! So easy to use and can everything I have looked for, ideal for a beginner!!

### 4/5 — Terrific alternative to ww

*2019-03-31, version 1.2*

I’ve only been using this app since this morning, but I have to say that it works really well in comparison to when I belong to to weight watchers. My girlfriend and I were at Trader Joe’s this morning, and I kept having her use her weight watcher app to point food for me. As not to keep annoying her, eventually I just started looking for my own bar scanner app and came across this. It pulled up the same points hers was pulling up. I can figure out the days worth of points on my own, the old fashion way, with pen and paper.

### 5/5 — Thankyou

*2019-03-18, version 1.2*

perfect

### 5/5 — Great app easy to use

*2019-03-04, version 1.2*

Title says it all

### 5/5 — Great

*2019-02-13, version 1.2*

Can’t believe how easy it is to use and the number of foods already in the database. Very easy to calculate food values that are not present as well.
Makes the use of the WW smart point program very easy to use

### 4/5 — Necessary!

*2019-01-30, version 1.2*

I appreciate your app when I eat in a restaurant.

## Most critical reviews (10 lowest-rated)

### 1/5 — Not enough data

*2022-05-17, version 1.2*

Healthy eating habits begin with understanding good nutrition, good nutrition goes beyond counting calories and grams of protein. Protein is made up of different amino acids. To say something has, for example, 25g of protein, just isn’t enough information. Those 25 grams could be rich in one essential amino acid, but extremely poor in another. So people could be getting the recommended daily intake of protein, but their intake of essential amino acids could be extremely imbalanced. This app is good, but I hope the developers take the time to expand their database to include ALL of the important nutritional facts.

### 1/5 — Doesn’t work

*2019-07-24, version 1.2*

Items I scan do not come up, when I manually enter the data the program crashes.

### 1/5 — Not that great

*2019-07-15, version 1.2*

Not enough units of measurement.

### 1/5 — Crashing

*2019-05-28, version 1.2*

The app never has any of the food I’m entering, and when I go to manually track it, and click done, it crashes the app. Please update. I used to love this app years ago.

### 1/5 — Not good!

*2019-04-21, version 1.2*

I was exited about this super handy program. I imagined to have it on the go the next time i enter a supermarket and look it up before i buy.
Well, i scanned about 20 articles in my own pantry, but only 3 where in the database. Equally bad is that the nutrition info in (at least) this free version is extremely limited.

In other words: worthless!!!

I strongly doubt the authenticity of some positive reviews.

Personally I don’t care paying a buck or so for an app that do give me all the information AND have a database large enough to find my Kraft macaroni & cheese which is in my pantry.

I have wasted my time.

### 1/5 — Unbelievable

*2019-04-03, version 1.2*

I downloaded this then uninstalled it within minutes. In order to actually track they make you pay. Stupid.

### 1/5 — Pay to track?

*2019-01-14, version 1.2*

Why not just download the weight watchers branded app since you have to pay anyway. I have a weight watchers calculator, just annoyed with tracking my points manually. Not amused that it’s listed as a free app because the in app purchase is another app... shady work around to trick people into downloading only to find out you have to pay for this to be useful at all.

### 1/5 — How about some instructions?

*2018-10-24, version 1.2*

No information or explanation on what the scores mean. Is a score of 2 good? Bad? Based on what? Might be a good app but it’s worthless without context

### 1/5 — Horrible

*2018-09-16, version 1.2*

I've tried creating food and this app crashes every time. Not worth the hassle

### 1/5 — No. Zero stars.

*2018-07-31, version 1.2*

I won’t be using this app. I wanted to do a simple quick view test to see the rating system. I entered the worst food I can think of, “Doritos” came to mind first. It was rated a 4. I entered “Apple”, it was rated a 3. Carrots were a 2. Avocado 7. What exactly are we rating here again? I was looking for an app to show me how “good” vs. how “bad” a food is for me (mainly processed). To show me that avocado is rated worse than Doritos shows me this isn’t taking in a complete nutritional view of a food item. I’ll stick to weight watchers and delete this crap. I’m trying to slowly eliminate processed foods and because i want to do it gradually I would like to know if I do choose to add one or two processed ingredients to my recipe (example, breadcrumbs, I wanted to know how terrible on the 1-10 scale it is. Instead I’m told avocado rates worse than Doritos. No thanks, im ok, bye.

### 5/5 — Just what I wanted

*2020-03-15, version 1.2*

I was looking for a simple app that could tell me that calorie count of various foods.

I don't pay any attention to the rating system. I just want to count calories without constant prompts for in app purchases.
