Oftentimes patients get confused as to why a food may be troublesome, not realizing that every food can have multiple mechanisms by which it can trigger discomfort in the body, from a histamine reaction to an all-out immune reaction. This app is a must-have for any food sensitive individual to have with them when shopping at the supermarket or eating out."

### 1/5 — Nothing functions without Premium purchase

*2024-08-15, version 1.5.0*

The description of the app says that they have made it free to everyone. I could not find the single function on the app that did not require purchasing the app at the premium level. Very misleading.

### 3/5 — App is great, but…

*2024-07-01, version 1.5.0*

The app is great. I like how it breaks down each food group and the food sensitivities with it. But I had purchased the full version, and now I can’t see any of the sub groupings.

### 1/5 — Awaiting a refund!

*2024-06-01*

I wanted to try this app and started the free trial, didn’t particularly like it so I cancelled the subscription days before the free trial ended yet I still got charged for it and now they’re saying the purchase is not eligible for a refund. Deleted the app and still waiting for my money back.

### 5/5 — I’m obsessed with the App and the Podcasts!

*2024-03-25*

So much information that I have found to be helpful to take my health to another level. I’m so glad I found this. I am on a journey to better health and I am so encouraged to start fasting more and try the supplements. The podcasts are so informative . Love love it . 10 out of 10!

### 1/5 — Not Informative

*2024-02-29*

Unfortunately, I found this application useless. I was researching food oxalate levels. Each time I clicked on the food I was referred to a page for subscribing to the premium level. I received no information, just ads for a subscription.

I went to the resources section to check the resources used for oxalates and found that at at least 60% of the links are no longer valid. Or are over 20 years old.

### 3/5 — Nice app

*2023-12-06, version 1.5.0*

In review, it’s a really well formatted app but not what I was lookin for. Does anyone know how to cancel the free seven day trial it doesn’t give uric acid levels and this is what I needed? Any help would be appreciated.

### 5/5 — MY FOOD INTOLERANCE BIBLE

*2023-09-27, version 1.4.1*

This app has been my go to since it was announced as available by Avalon. It is just the best all around reference you will ever need for food intolerance.

### 5/5 — Food Sense is an excellent tool

*2023-09-08*

There are so many allergens and it can be very difficult to find accurate information
This app has a long list of food information, though it has some limits in the food list, it is still excellent!

### 5/5 — Food Chemicals

*2023-08-09*

This App has to be the best so far for looking up Food Chemicals both Natural and added.
Looking forward to one day being able to scan barcodes packaging one day. Can’t thank you enough

### 1/5 — Impossible to Add to List

*2023-06-22*

I’ve tried on my iPhone and iPad and the ‘add to list’ button is out of screen sight. I have a screen shot to show the problem
