Set up your personal exclusion list — allergens, intolerances, or any ingredient you want to avoid — and Food Sentinel does the rest. Every search result and every scanned product is automatically checked against your list and labeled SAFE, CONTAINS, or NO DATA, so you can shop and eat with confidence.

Search Millions of Foods
Powered by the USDA Food Data Central database, Food Sentinel covers millions of branded products, foundation foods, and legacy nutritional entries. Type a product name or brand and get paginated results with full ingredient data in seconds.

Scan Barcodes Instantly
Point your camera at any product barcode and Food Sentinel identifies it, pulls its ingredient list, and checks it against your exclusions — no typing required.

Your Exclusion List, Your Rules
Add any ingredient you want to avoid. Results across every search and scan are filtered automatically. Toggle "Safe Only" to hide anything that contains your excluded ingredients.

Plan your meals for the week, generate a shopping list automatically, and search recipes — all filtered through your personal exclusions so every suggestion is one you can actually eat.
