## What is Food Sync?

Do you struggle with reaching your diet goals? Do you catch yourself overeating or struggle losing weight? Then you might be interested in Food Sync. This app will allow you to scan your meals through your phone's camera and instantly get information about the nutrients that you're eating. You can keep track of what you're eating throughout the day and compare day to day data using the calendar feature. You can also get recommended your own goals by inputting your sex, weight, height and age.
