Hatte lange Probleme mit meinen Magen. Die App hat mir dort sehr geholfen. Die App unterstützt mich jeden Tag dabei meine Ernährung für mich zu verbessern. Manchmal auch einfach auf etwas zu verzichten oder auch mal etwas zu gönnen. Super einfach in der Nutzung. Die Übersicht mit den Farben hilft sehr. Hoffe auf viele weitere sinnvolle Updates.
